The Hangover IV includes Zofran and Toradol, two prescription medicines, so look over the six safety cards further down before you book.
What's inside
The Hangover IV is one bag with a set formula of fluid, vitamins, magnesium and two prescription medicines. Because an IV bypasses digestion entirely, nothing in it has to get past an upset stomach: the fluid, vitamins and both medicines go straight into your bloodstream over about 45 minutes.
Price & add-ons
The Hangover IV is $250. A visit between 8 PM and 7 AM also carries a $99 after‑hours fee, and the add-ons are listed just below, so you can work out your total before you book.

What’s in the bag · 7 ingredients
When you book, you pay a $50 deposit. It is credited to your total, never charged as an extra.
Each one is $35, given at the same visit.
Your care team
A licensed nurse or NREMT comes to your room to give the drip. Because it contains two prescription medicines, Zofran and Toradol, each Hangover IV is given on an order from our lead nurse practitioner, with medical oversight by our Medical Director, Dr. Daniel Olivero, MD.
Every Hangover IV our team gives in Las Vegas, day or night, runs under his medical direction.
MD · Addiction-medicine background
He can prescribe, and he was an emergency-room nurse for six years before becoming a family nurse practitioner.

How it works
The morning after, you book from your phone and a licensed nurse or NREMT brings the drip to your hotel room or home. Most visits start 45 to 60 minutes after you book, and the visit ends when the drip does.
Schedule online or call 725‑217‑4236 with your hotel and room number or your address. Same-day appointments are available across the Las Vegas metro, 24/7.
A licensed nurse or a nationally registered emergency medical technician (NREMT) arrives at your home, hotel room or office with everything needed for your treatment.
Your nurse or NREMT checks your vitals and goes over your health history, current medicines and allergies, then starts the drip while you relax.
Your nurse or NREMT confirms you are feeling steady, packs up and leaves you to your day. No clinic, no waiting room, no ride needed.
Safety
At the health check before the drip, your nurse or NREMT asks about your health, your medicines and any allergies. With Toradol and Zofran in the bag, these six are worth bringing up then.
Pregnant or breastfeeding? Say so before anything starts. Toradol, the anti-inflammatory in this drip, is avoided later in pregnancy.
Your kidneys clear both Toradol and the magnesium, so mention kidney disease, even a mild diagnosis.
A past stomach ulcer or stomach bleeding, or a blood thinner you take, changes the plan, because Toradol can raise the risk of bleeding.
If aspirin or ibuprofen has ever caused hives, wheezing or swelling, your nurse or NREMT needs to hear it before the Toradol.
Heart rhythm trouble, or an antidepressant you take, matters with Zofran, the anti-nausea medicine, so bring up either one.
Took ibuprofen, naproxen or aspirin today? Toradol is in the same family.
Not sure whether one of these applies to you? Call 725‑217‑4236 and ask before you book.
When people book
People book the Hangover IV for group weekends, weddings, conventions, shows and rough Sundays, delivered straight to the hotel room or home at a time they choose. If one of these mornings sounds like yours, here is how the visit can work around what you already have planned.
The whole group can book together and have the visit in the suite; the group price is just below.
Still planning on the pool later? Book the visit to your hotel room before you head down.
Bride, groom, parents or the whole wedding party can book, at a time that fits around hair and makeup.
Out late, with a 9 AM booth shift ahead? Book a visit to your hotel before the show floor opens.
The morning after a festival, a Sphere show or a Strip residency? We come to wherever you're staying.
No special occasion needed. Book it to your own home on an ordinary morning.

The science
Not as a cure: a 2005 review of the trials found no convincing evidence that any remedy prevents or treats a hangover (Pittler, 2005). The Hangover IV does something narrower. Its fluid is meant to replace what you've lost, and its two medicines are for nausea, headache and body aches.
Reading this before you drink rather than after? Here are nine ways to avoid one in the first place. Hangover anxiety is a subject of its own: here is why the anxiety hits hardest the next morning.
Researchers link hangovers to several processes, from alcohol's by-products to brain chemistry and inflammation. A hangover's severity tracks the alcohol still in the blood more closely than acetaldehyde, the compound the body makes from alcohol.
Palmer, 2019 · Mackus, 2020Alcohol may hold back vasopressin, the hormone that helps the body keep water, which can leave you dehydrated. Thirst and a dry mouth are among the most commonly reported hangover symptoms.
García‑Azorín, 2022 · Penning, 2012A 2010 review found the immune response most convincingly linked to hangover severity. In two studies, people with higher blood levels of inflammatory markers after drinking reported worse hangovers.

Five quick answers on arrival times, vomiting, the price, HSA cards and groups, before you book from your phone.

Arrival depends on location and timing. The Strip and Downtown are usually fastest, and Henderson and Summerlin run a little longer. Weekend mornings, holidays and convention weeks are the busiest stretches, and arrival can take up to 90 minutes, so a specific morning slot is worth reserving the night before.
Usually, yes. The bag includes ondansetron (Zofran), a prescription medicine for nausea. Mention the vomiting before the drip starts so your nurse or NREMT knows.
The Hangover IV price covers the drip itself, with every ingredient in its formula. Tips are customary but optional. They're never included in the price.
Yes. HSA and FSA cards both work for the Hangover IV, alongside Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments run through Square.
One clinician comes for a group of up to six people, booked as a single appointment, and two come for a group of seven or more.
