Las Vegas Mobile IV Therapy brings stem cell therapy to you: a 60-minute IV infusion at your home, your hotel room or your office, anywhere in the Las Vegas metro. A provider reviews your health first, and a licensed nurse or NREMT gives the infusion where you are.
What It Is
A stem cell infusion is stem cell therapy given through an IV, straight into a vein, in one session. We give it at home or wherever you're staying or working, so you spend the infusion in your own space instead of a clinic chair, with no drive there and no drive back afterward.

Pricing
Stem cell therapy is $4,999 per treatment, given by a clinician who comes to you.
A provider checks your health before any treatment. The Safety section below explains what that covers.
A $50 deposit is taken when you book, and it comes off the total.
Visits between 8 PM and 7 AM carry a $99 after-hours fee.
B12 and glutathione shots are on the menu too, at $35 each, and you can book either one on its own.

Treatments are given by licensed nurses and NREMTs, under medical oversight by our Medical Director, Dr. Daniel Olivero, MD. Rich Majors, FNP-BC, our lead nurse practitioner, is the provider who orders treatment. So the clinician at your door isn't working alone.

Safety First
That's what the good-faith exam decides. Before your treatment, a provider reviews your health history and the medications you take, then decides whether stem cell therapy is a fit. If it isn't, you'll hear it before anything is given.

We offer both. Exosomes are tiny particles that cells release to pass proteins and genetic material to other cells. An exosome treatment uses those particles without the cells; stem cell therapy uses the cells themselves.

The Science
Mesenchymal stem cells are the type used most often in clinical trials.
The original theory was that infused cells would become new tissue. Reviews now describe them working mainly through what they release: growth factors, signaling molecules and tiny particles called exosomes.
Trials in people have fallen short of what animal studies led researchers to expect. That gap is a big part of why stem cell therapy is still investigational, meaning it’s being studied in clinical trials and isn’t FDA-approved.

In research, the most consistent one is a fever soon after the infusion. A 2020 review of 55 controlled trials, covering 2,696 patients, found that mesenchymal stem cells given into a vein were linked to more fever than in comparison groups, but not to more infection, blood clots, death or cancer.
