Choosing between this and the standard Myers' Cocktail? The note under the six ingredient cards lays the two drips side by side.

Ingredients

What's in a Mega Myers Cocktail IV?

A Mega Myers is a 1,000 ml bag of IV fluid, normal saline or lactated Ringer's, with six ingredients added: glutathione, vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, B‑complex and B12. Glutathione and vitamin C come at the strengths shown below. The drip runs straight into a vein, so it bypasses digestion entirely.

How a Mega Myers Visit Works

Choosing the Mega Myers over our $225 Myers' Cocktail changes nothing about the visit itself, which follows the same four steps from booking to packing up.

  1. 1Now or later

    Book your time

Book online or call 725‑217‑4236. We take bookings 24 hours a day, for right away or for later.

  2. 245 to 60 min

    Meet your clinician

Your clinician arrives and sets up the IV right where you are. You can check the areas we cover before you book.

  3. 345 min

    Have your Mega Myers

After checking your vitals, health history, medicines and allergies, your nurse or NREMT starts the drip, which runs about 45 minutes.

  4. 4Done

    Carry on with your day

Before packing up, your clinician checks that you feel steady, and the visit ends right where it started.

How Much Does a Mega Myers IV Cost?

The Mega Myers is $299. Two things can add to that: a $99 after‑hours fee for a visit between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and any add-on you choose from the list below.

Your care team

Who Gives Your Mega Myers IV

A licensed nurse or an NREMT (Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician) gives your Mega Myers, but the order for it comes from Rich Majors, FNP‑BC, our lead nurse practitioner, who can prescribe. The whole clinical team works under the medical oversight of our Medical Director, Dr. Daniel Olivero, MD.

Health check

What to Tell Your Clinician Before a Mega Myers

These six come up at the health check before your drip starts, so it helps to have the answers ready. Four of them are about the vitamin C in this drip.

  • Had kidney stones or weak kidneys? Mention them, since the body turns some vitamin C into oxalate, which can settle in the kidneys.

  • If you have G6PD deficiency, tell your clinician, because IV vitamin C has broken down red blood cells in some people with it.

  • Check your blood sugar with a meter? High-dose vitamin C can throw off its readings for up to a day, so tell your clinician.

  • Heart block or digoxin? Mention it, since magnesium by vein isn't used with heart block and needs extra care alongside digoxin.

  • Pregnant or nursing? Tell your clinician first, because the vitamin C label keeps pregnancy doses to the daily allowance, and this drip holds 5,000 mg.

  • A full liter of fluid goes into your vein with this drip, so heart failure or kidney failure needs mentioning before the bag goes up.

Mega Myers FAQ: Price, Timing and Booking

Quick answers to the practical questions, so nothing about booking your Mega Myers catches you off guard.

When does it take longer to reach me?

It depends on where you are and when you book. The Strip and Downtown are usually the quickest to reach, and Henderson and Summerlin take a little longer. At busy times, such as weekend mornings, holidays and convention weeks, the wait can run up to 90 minutes.

Is there a deposit?

Yes. We take $50 when you book, and it comes off your total rather than adding to it.

Does an HSA or FSA card work?

Yes. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is the tip part of the $299?

No, the price never includes one. Tipping your clinician is customary, but it is up to you.

Can friends join me at the same visit?

Yes. One clinician can look after up to six people in one appointment, and a group of seven or more gets two clinicians.
