A Hangover IV is an in-home IV treatment for morning-after symptoms. It combines a full liter of IV fluids with B-complex, B12, vitamin C, magnesium, and two prescription medications: Zofran (ondansetron) for nausea and Toradol (ketorolac) for headache and body aches. Las Vegas Mobile IV Therapy sends a licensed nurse to your hotel, home, or office anywhere in the Las Vegas metro, 24/7. The drip takes about 45 minutes and costs $250 flat.
Oral remedies ask an already irritated stomach to absorb fluids and medicine. An IV bypasses digestion entirely, delivering fluids, vitamins, and prescription relief directly into your bloodstream while you rest where you are.
"I was dealing with the hangover from hell and there was no chance I was going to make it to work later the same day. He was very courteous and prompt with his work."

A hangover is several problems at once. Research points to fluid loss, an irritated stomach, inflammation, and depleted nutrients all hitting together. Each ingredient in our Hangover IV is chosen to address one of those specific symptoms.
No treatment is proven to cure a hangover. A 2005 systematic review in the BMJ found no intervention that prevents or cures hangover overall; only time clears the alcohol. What a Hangover IV is designed to do is relieve the individual symptoms while your body recovers: IV fluids address dehydration, Zofran (ondansetron) is a prescription medication for nausea, and Toradol (ketorolac) is a prescription anti-inflammatory used for headache and body aches. We would rather tell you exactly that than promise a miracle.
Alcohol suppresses vasopressin, so your body sheds more water and electrolytes than you take in, which contributes to thirst, dizziness, and fatigue.

Las Vegas Mobile IV Therapy is committed to evidence-based care.
IV therapy is appropriate for most healthy adults, but not for everyone. Your nurse screens you before every treatment and will decline any visit that is not clinically appropriate.
Pregnant or breastfeeding. We don't provide elective hangover IVs during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Kidney disease or on dialysis. Fluid and electrolyte loads must be cleared by your physician first.
Heart failure or fluid restrictions. Extra IV fluids may not be safe without your physician's clearance first.
Known allergies to an ingredient. Tell your nurse about any prior reactions to medications or vitamins.
Symptoms beyond a typical hangover. Confusion, chest pain, or severe vomiting need emergency care. Call 911; we will refer you rather than treat.
Under 18. The Hangover IV is for adults 18 and older only.
Not sure whether a Hangover IV is right for you? Call 725-217-4236 and a licensed nurse will walk you through it. If you are not a fit, we tell you upfront at no charge.
Customize your drip with targeted add-ons. Your nurse brings them to every appointment, so you can decide on the spot with their guidance.

An antioxidant your body uses to support the liver as it clears alcohol byproducts.

N-Acetylcysteine, a precursor your body uses to make glutathione and support normal liver function.

Famotidine, an acid reducer used for heartburn, reflux, and that queasy burning in your stomach.

A lipotropic blend with B12, commonly used for an energy and metabolism assist.

Promethazine, a stronger prescription anti-nausea option. Your nurse will recommend it when appropriate.

Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine that can help you rest after your IV while your body recovers.
Not sure what to add? Your nurse can recommend add-ons based on your symptoms during the screen. Everything is brought to your appointment, so you can decide in the moment. Each add-on is $35.
The Hangover IV is $250 flat. Every drip on our menu is nurse-administered at a flat, upfront price; the price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees.
