What's inside

What's in the NAD+ IV

A NAD+ IV is a 500 ml bag of normal saline with NAD+ and B‑Complex added, and it takes 90 minutes. That's twice as long as the 45‑minute drips on our menu, so set aside an hour and a half for the infusion itself.

Price & add-ons

How Much Does NAD+ IV Therapy Cost?

The NAD+ IV is priced in two parts: a $100 base plus $1 for each milligram of NAD+, so the total depends on your dose. At 100 mg you pay the base plus $100, which makes $200. At 500 mg the total is $600.

How it works

How Long Does a NAD+ IV Take?

A NAD+ IV takes about 90 minutes to drip in, and that's most of the visit. Once you've booked, everything else happens at the address you give us, from your clinician's arrival to the moment they pack up.

  1. 124/7

You choose a time and place

Book online through Jane, our booking system, or call 725‑217‑4236. Either way, give us the address where you'll be for the drip.

  2. 245 to 60 min

    A clinician comes to you

Expect your clinician 45 to 60 minutes after you book, or up to 90 on weekend mornings and in convention weeks.

  3. 3On arrival

    A health check comes first

Before the IV starts, your clinician checks your vitals and goes over your health history, current medicines and allergies.

  4. 490 min

The drip runs where you are

The NAD+ drips in over about 90 minutes while you stay put, wherever you're comfortable, and the visit ends when the bag is empty.

Before the drip

What to Tell Your Clinician Before a NAD+ IV

Your clinician asks about the conditions and reactions below at the health check before every NAD+ IV, so mention any that apply to you then.

  • Chest pressure, nausea, cramping or flushing can come on during a NAD+ drip, so tell your clinician the moment you feel any of it.

  • Heart failure or a doctor's limit on fluids is worth raising first, because the NAD+ bag holds 500 ml of saline.

  • Mention any heart condition at the health check, since NAD+ drips brought on a faster heartbeat and chest pressure in a small study.

  • With kidney disease or dialysis, speak up before the drip: the saline and what NAD+ breaks down into both leave through your kidneys.

  • A past reaction to a vitamin shot or drip matters here, because the bag also holds B‑Complex and IV B vitamins have caused allergic reactions.

  • If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, tell your clinician at the health check, before a NAD+ drip starts.

Not sure whether something here applies to you? Call or text 725‑217‑4236 before you book.

The science

What Research Says About NAD+ IV Therapy

Research on NAD+ IV therapy begins with what NAD+ does in the body: inside cells, it is central to how energy is made, and many enzymes rely on it too (Covarrubias, 2020). Sirtuins, one family of those enzymes, can't work without it (Imai and Guarente, 2014).

  • Finding 01

In human trials, two NAD+ precursors taken by mouth, nicotinamide riboside and nicotinamide mononucleotide, raised measures of NAD+ in the blood.

    Gallagher, Ageing Research Reviews, 2026
  • Finding 02

In records of 500 mg IV NAD+ infusions given in a commercial setting, people reported moderate to severe stomach symptoms, a faster heart rate and chest pressure.

    Reyna, Frontiers in Aging, 2026
  • Finding 03

Those symptoms ended when each drip finished, and they lengthened the infusions: the NAD+ drips in that study averaged 97 minutes.

NAD+ IV FAQ: Payment, Tips and Booking

Your dose changes the total, but nothing else about paying or booking does: the same cards, deposit and group rules apply to a 100 mg drip and a 500 mg one.

How can I pay for a NAD+ IV?

Las Vegas Mobile IV Therapy takes HSA and FSA cards for a NAD+ IV. Debit cards work too, as do Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and you can also pay by Apple Pay or Google Pay. Square processes every payment.

Do I need to tip?

No. Tipping is customary but optional, and a tip never forms part of the NAD+ IV price.

Do I pay a deposit when I book?

Yes. A $50 deposit is due when you book, and it's credited to your total rather than charged on top.

Can several of us book NAD+ IVs together?

Yes. A group of up to six books a single appointment with one clinician, and two clinicians come once the group reaches seven.

Can I text instead of calling?

Yes. 725‑217‑4236 takes texts as well as calls, so you can ask about a dose or book by text.
