What's inside
Every Myers' Cocktail IV we give is a 1,000 ml bag of normal saline or lactated Ringer's with six ingredients added: glutathione, vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, B‑complex and B12. It's our version of the classic Myers' formula, and all six come in the $225 price.
Price and add-ons
A Myers' Cocktail IV is $225. There's a $99 after‑hours fee for a visit that falls between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and any add-ons you choose are charged on top of the drip (their price is given below).

You pay a $50 deposit when you book, and it's credited to your total, so it's never an extra charge.

Three add-ons can be given during a Myers' Cocktail visit: B12, glutathione and Lipo-C. Each one costs $35 when it's added to your visit.

Your care team
A licensed nurse or NREMT (a nationally registered emergency medical technician) comes to give your Myers' Cocktail. It started out as a doctor's IV formula, and we still give it as a medical treatment: on a provider's order, under medical oversight.
IV therapy is a medical service in Nevada, and every drip our team gives runs under his medical oversight.
MD · Addiction-medicine background
Orders the team's treatments and can prescribe. He worked six years in emergency-room nursing before becoming a nurse practitioner.

Your visit
For a Myers' Cocktail at home, we can usually get to you 45 to 60 minutes after you book in the Las Vegas metro: often quicker on the Strip and Downtown, slightly longer to Henderson or Summerlin. Weekend mornings, holidays and convention weeks can stretch the wait to 90 minutes.
Book online or by phone, for right away or for later. We're open 24 hours.
One of our clinicians comes to the address on your booking and gets set up there.
Before the drip starts, your clinician checks your vitals and goes over your health history, medicines and allergies.
The Myers' Cocktail IV itself takes about 45 minutes, right where you are.
Safety
These six things are worth mentioning before a Myers' Cocktail, at the health check where your clinician goes over your history, medicines and allergies. If any of these apply to you, that's the moment to say so.
Kidney disease or dialysis. Kidney disease or dialysis is worth a mention first, because your kidneys are what clear this drip's magnesium and vitamin C.
Heart block or digoxin. IV magnesium isn't used with heart block and needs care alongside digoxin, so tell your clinician if either applies to you.
G6PD deficiency. G6PD deficiency, an inherited enzyme condition, matters here: IV vitamin C has broken down red blood cells in some people who have it.
Heart failure or a fluid limit. A full liter of fluid goes in during this drip, so heart failure or a doctor's limit on fluids is worth raising first.
A past reaction or allergy. Tell your clinician before the drip starts if you've ever reacted to a B12 shot or a vitamin drip, or know you're allergic to zinc.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, your clinician checks first, since IV vitamin C labeling sticks to everyday amounts for both.
Compare drips
The Mega Myers uses the same six ingredients, the same fluid and the same 45 minutes, and sets glutathione at 1,000 mg and vitamin C at 5,000 mg. It's $299, $74 more than the Myers' Cocktail. The $199 Hydration IV leaves out the glutathione, zinc and magnesium.
The science
Research on the Myers' Cocktail starts with its history: it builds on the work of the late Dr. John Myers. In 2002, Dr. Alan Gaby described a modified version made with magnesium, calcium, B vitamins and vitamin C (Gaby, 2002).
An IV bypasses digestion entirely: when healthy volunteers had the same 1.25 g dose of vitamin C by IV and by mouth, the IV gave peak blood levels about 6.6 times as high.
Padayatty, 2004In the body, vitamin C supports the work of several kinds of white blood cell, part of the immune system.
Carr and Maggini, 2017The body uses B vitamins in normal energy metabolism, the chemistry that releases energy from food, and it uses B12 to make red blood cells.

A few last details before you book, from a separate drip for children to whether we bill insurance.

Yes. A group can book Myers' Cocktail IVs together, and the size of the group decides how many clinicians come. Six people or fewer book one appointment with one clinician, and a group of seven or more books two clinicians.
There's a separate drip for children, the Kids Mini Myers. It's $175, and the drip takes 60 minutes. It has its own page: kids IV therapy in Las Vegas.
No. The modified version Dr. Alan Gaby described in 2002 includes calcium, but the drip we give doesn't.
No. A tip is customary but optional, and it's never built into the price.
No. The Myers' Cocktail isn't billed to insurance; you pay for the visit directly.
