Melanotan II peptide therapy in Las Vegas
Melanotan II is a compounded prescription peptide, a melanocortin receptor agonist, dispensed as a patient specific vial. You will see it written Melanotan 2. A licensed nurse or REMT from Las Vegas Mobile IV Therapy brings it to your door anywhere in the Las Vegas metro and teaches you the first dose. A one month supply is $99.
Compounded prescription medication, not an FDA approved product. Consultation first, and booking takes about two minutes.
What is Melanotan II?
Melanotan II is a synthetic peptide that acts on melanocortin receptors, prescribed as a compounded injectable and self administered at home. You will see it written Melanotan 2. Compounded means a licensed pharmacy prepares it for one named patient, on one prescription. It is not an FDA approved medicine and it is not sold over the counter. A licensed provider reviews your history first, eligibility varies, and no outcome is promised. This page describes a medication and a visit.
This is not an IV drip. A licensed nurse or REMT from Las Vegas Mobile IV Therapy travels to your home, hotel, or office anywhere in the Las Vegas metro, confirms the medical order, dispenses your supply, then teaches you to draw up and self administer the first dose. The vial stays with you. If you are still deciding what fits, our guide to choosing a service walks through the options.
"I had a fantastic experience with James. He was incredibly informative, gentle, and professional throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain everything clearly."
How your Melanotan II visit works, step by step
Four steps, start to finish. The third is why people pick a mobile service for peptides over a mail order vial.

Consultation and prescription review
A licensed provider reviews your health history, current medications, allergies, and goals. If Melanotan II is not clinically appropriate for you, we say so and discuss other provider guided options. Nothing is dispensed before this review.
Your nurse comes to you
A licensed nurse or REMT travels to your home, hotel, or office anywhere in the Las Vegas metro, confirms the medical order, and checks your history against the chart before anything is opened.
Your nurse teaches you to inject
DifferentiatorYou draw up and give the first dose yourself with the nurse guiding you through the steps. You practice until you are comfortable, then the vial stays with you for the rest of the supply.
You dose at home and refill after review
You follow the schedule your provider sets for the length of the supply. Your provider reviews things before any refill is issued, and adjusts, pauses, or stops the therapy based on that review.
Your first dose is never a solo act. Book the consultation and the rest follows the four steps above, with a nurse teaching that first dose at your own counter.
Peptides we dispense in Las Vegas
Every peptide here is compounded on an individual prescription and dispensed after a provider reviews your history. Prices are per supply, never per visit, and your provider confirms the final cost at your consultation.
Melanotan II
A melanocortin receptor agonist, compounded on an individual prescription. Dispensed as a one month supply, self administered at home after in person teaching. Melanotan II is not an FDA approved medicine, and what a provider prescribes here is not the research chemical sold online.

CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin
A combined compounded protocol, dispensed on an individual prescription. Combination protocols get closer provider review, and the consultation covers whether one is appropriate for you at all.

Ipamorelin
A pentapeptide and a growth hormone secretagogue, compounded on an individual prescription, provider directed. Ipamorelin has its own page with more detail. Same model as every peptide on this menu: a one month supply left with you and the first dose taught by your nurse.

Tesamorelin
A compounded peptide dispensed on an individual prescription, provider directed. Dispensed as a one month supply with the first injection taught in person by your nurse.

KPV
A tripeptide, three amino acids, compounded on an individual prescription. Dispensed as a one month supply that stays with you, with your first subcutaneous injection taught in person.

NAD+
Dispensed as a 500 mg vial on an individual prescription. This is the take home injectable form, which is a different product from the NAD+ IV infusion on our drip menu.

What a Melanotan II supply period involves
This describes the shape of a supply period, not a promise of an outcome. Timing, dosing, and length are set by your provider and may differ from what is shown.
Getting the routine right
The first phase is about technique and consistency, not sensation. Most questions we get in this window are about timing and site rotation.
- Dosing on the schedule your provider set
- Rotating injection sites and logging them
- Noting any injection site reactions
- Nurse available by phone for technique checks
Provider review point
Your provider reviews adherence, tolerability, and whether continuing is appropriate. This is where therapy is adjusted, paused, or stopped.
- Structured check in with your provider
- Review of anything you have logged
- Dose or schedule adjustment if indicated
- Refill considered only if clinically appropriate
A fresh decision before any refill
Your one month supply runs out at the end of the period. Whether there is another one is a new clinical decision, not an automatic renewal.
- Complete the supply as directed by your provider
- Refills quoted only after a provider review
- Dispose of used sharps as your nurse instructed
- New review before any further supply
Every supply starts and ends with your provider. If the shape above fits what you are looking for, the consultation is the first step, and the nurse can answer anything before you commit.
What is in your Melanotan II injection kit
Everything you need for the supply period is left in your home at the end of the visit. Nothing on this list is an upsell.
Your dispensed vial
Compounded for you on your prescription and labeled with your name, the strength, and the beyond use date, after which the vial should not be used.Syringes for the supply period
The gauge and volume your provider specified for subcutaneous dosing, counted to cover every dose in the supply.Alcohol prep swabs
Single use swabs for the vial stopper and the injection site, plus spares.Sharps container
A rigid container for used needles that stays with you for the supply period, with Nevada disposal instructions.Your dosing schedule, written down
The dose and the days your provider set, plus the date they want to review before any refill.Storage instructions
How to store your vial, what to do after a power cut, travel guidance, and when to call instead of dosing. How to store Melanotan II and inject it safely at home
Your nurse walks through all of this in person and leaves it written down. This is a summary, not a substitute for the instructions on your label.

Storing your vial
Store the vial exactly as its label directs, in its labeled packaging, upright and out of direct light. Never the freezer and never the fridge door. Keep it where children and pets cannot reach it. After a power cut or a long spell out of storage, call before dosing rather than guessing, and never use a vial that is cloudy, discolored, has particles, or is past its beyond use date.
Giving yourself a dose
Wash your hands and set out a swab, a new syringe, and your written schedule. Swab the vial stopper, let it air dry, and draw exactly the amount your provider specified. Choose a site your nurse showed you, and rotate sites each dose. Pinch gently, insert at the angle you were taught, inject slowly, then apply light pressure with a clean swab without rubbing, and log the dose and the site. Stop and call if you notice spreading redness, swelling, warmth, hives, or any trouble breathing. For a medical emergency call 911.
Sharps disposal
The used syringe goes straight into the sharps container after the dose. Never recap, bend, or reuse a needle, and never put sharps in household trash or recycling. Keep the container upright and closed between uses, stop filling at the fill line, then close the lid permanently and take it to an approved Nevada collection site, or ask your nurse and we will arrange collection.
When in doubt, call before you dose. Everything above is written down for you at the visit, and the same number reaches a licensed nurse who can talk you through it.
Is Melanotan II FDA approved? What the research says
We link primary sources instead of summarizing them for you. On this molecule that matters more than usual, because the published record is not what most sites selling it will show you.
Where Melanotan II actually stands with the FDA
No. There is no approved melanotan product on the US market, and the compounded Melanotan II dispensed here is not an FDA approved medicine. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.
What it is instead: a prescription medication compounded by a licensed pharmacy for one named patient, after a provider working with Las Vegas Mobile IV Therapy reviews that patient's history. That is a different thing from a vial ordered off a website, and the difference is the whole reason this page exists.
- Compounded on an individual prescription, never sold over the counter
- Not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness before dispensing
- Availability can change as the FDA's evaluation of compounded substances is updated
- Your provider decides whether it is appropriate for you, and may decide it is not
What has actually been published
Here is the part you will not find on a vendor page. The published clinical literature on Melanotan II is not a body of efficacy evidence. It is largely a body of case reports describing harm, and the reports overwhelmingly involve product that people bought online and injected without any medical oversight.
Dermatology journals have reported melanoma in patients who used it, in the British Journal of Dermatology in 2011 and again in Dermatology in 2014. Clinical Toxicology published a case of systemic toxicity and rhabdomyolysis after injection in 2012. CEN Case Reports published a renal infarction case with a literature review in 2020. All four are linked below. Read them.
So we are not going to tell you what this peptide will do for you, because the record does not support a claim and our compliance rules do not permit one. What a provider can do is review your history, your medications, and your skin against exactly this literature before deciding whether to prescribe anything at all. On this molecule that review is not paperwork. It is the service.

Melanotan II questions we get in Las Vegas
Still not sure it is right for you?
Ask the nurse directly before you book anything. If a peptide is not appropriate for you, we would rather say so on the phone. Our all treatment questions page covers the wider menu.
Book a consultationWhat is Melanotan II?
Melanotan II is a synthetic peptide that acts on melanocortin receptors. You will also see it written Melanotan 2. Here it is dispensed as a compounded prescription medication: a licensed pharmacy prepares a vial for one named patient after a provider reviews that patient's history. It is not an FDA approved medicine and it is not sold over the counter. What it does in your body is a question for the provider who reviews you, and the published research on it is set out in the research section above.
Is Melanotan II FDA approved?
No. There is no approved melanotan product on the US market, and the compounded Melanotan II dispensed here is not an FDA approved medicine. It is compounded on an individual prescription, which means it is not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness before it is dispensed. We state that plainly because it is true and because you should hear it before you decide anything.
Is Melanotan 2 safe?
We are not going to answer that with a yes. What we can tell you is what the gate looks like. A licensed provider reviews your history, your medications, your allergies and your skin before anything is prescribed, and may decide this is not appropriate for you. The vial is compounded by a licensed pharmacy for you alone. A nurse or REMT teaches your first injection in person. The published literature on this peptide includes case reports of serious harm, most of them involving product bought online and used with no medical oversight, and those reports are linked above rather than buried.
Can I buy Melanotan 2 online instead?
You can, and this is the part worth reading twice. Products sold online as research chemicals are not dispensed for human use. Nobody verifies their identity, purity or sterility, nobody reviews whether the substance is appropriate for you, and there is nobody to call if something goes wrong. Almost every published harm report on this peptide involves exactly that route. What you are paying for here is a prescriber, a licensed compounding pharmacy, and a nurse who teaches you in person.
Do I need a prescription for Melanotan II?
Yes. A licensed provider reviews your history, medications and allergies and issues the order before anything is compounded or dispensed. Nothing is sent to a pharmacy until that review has happened.
What does Melanotan II cost in Las Vegas?
A one month supply of Melanotan II is $99. That is a supply price for the take-home vial, not a per visit fee. It includes the provider review, the patient specific vial, and your first dose taught in person by a licensed nurse or REMT. Your provider confirms the final cost at your consultation. Our Las Vegas pricing guide covers what every other service costs.
How much Melanotan 2 do you inject?
We do not publish a dose, and you should be wary of any page that does. Your prescriber sets your dosing schedule from your own history, and your nurse or REMT teaches you to measure and draw it correctly at the first visit. If you want to change anything about your schedule, call the practice at 725-217-4236 and speak to a provider first.
What is the difference between Melanotan I and Melanotan II?
They are two different peptides, and they are not interchangeable. Las Vegas Mobile IV Therapy dispenses Melanotan II, which is the one this page describes. We do not carry Melanotan I, so if that is what you were looking for, we are not the right place.
How long does a Melanotan II supply last?
One month. The vial stays with you for the full supply period, and your provider sets the schedule you follow. Refills are quoted only after a provider reviews how the supply went, which is a fresh decision rather than an automatic renewal.
Do I have to inject myself?
Yes, after the first one. A licensed nurse or REMT teaches you to draw up and self administer that first dose in person, at your home, office or hotel, and leaves the supplies with you. Most people find the teaching visit is the part that makes the rest straightforward.
Where in Las Vegas do you deliver Melanotan II?
Across the Las Vegas Valley and Southern Nevada, including Henderson, North Las Vegas, Paradise, Primm, Summerlin South, Searchlight, Moapa Valley and Laughlin. A licensed nurse or REMT comes to your home, office or hotel. Call 725-217-4236 to confirm coverage for your address.
