PT-141 peptide therapy in Las Vegas

PT-141, also called bremelanotide, is a compounded prescription peptide dispensed as a patient specific vial that stays with you. A licensed nurse or REMT brings it anywhere in the Las Vegas metro and teaches you to dose it yourself. A one month supply is $99. A provider reviews your history first.

Compounded prescription medication, not an FDA approved product. Consultation first, and booking takes about two minutes.

What is PT-141?

PT-141, also called bremelanotide, is a synthetic peptide that acts on melanocortin receptors, prescribed here as a compounded injectable you self administer at home under medical direction. It is studied in the context of sexual health. It is not FDA approved for the uses discussed here, and no outcome is promised. A provider decides whether it is appropriate for you.

Las Vegas Mobile IV Therapy is a mobile IV and peptide therapy service that dispenses patient specific compounded peptides and teaches the first dose in person, across the Las Vegas Valley and Southern Nevada. This is not an IV drip, and it is not the nasal spray sold by online vendors. What we dispense is a subcutaneous injection, brought to you and taught in person, and the vial stays with you. PT-141 is one item on our wider menu of mobile IV and peptide services in Las Vegas. No specific outcome, timeline, or benefit is guaranteed.

Your PT-141 visit

How your PT-141 visit works, step by step

Four steps, start to finish. The third is why people pick a mobile service for peptides over a mail order vial.

Registered nurse placing an IV for a seated woman in a Las Vegas hotel room during a mobile IV therapy visit
1

Consultation and prescription review

A licensed provider reviews your health history, current medications, allergies, and goals. If PT-141 is not clinically appropriate for you, we say so and discuss other provider guided options. Nothing is dispensed before this review.

2

Your nurse comes to you

A licensed nurse or REMT travels to your home, hotel, or office anywhere in the Las Vegas metro, confirms the medical order, and checks your history against the chart before anything is opened.

3

Your nurse teaches you to inject

Differentiator

You draw up and give the first dose yourself with the nurse guiding you through the steps. You practice until you are comfortable, then the vial stays with you for the rest of the supply.

4

You dose at home and refill after review

You follow the schedule your provider sets for the length of the supply. Your provider reviews things before any refill is issued, and adjusts, pauses, or stops the therapy based on that review.

Your first dose is never a solo act. Book the consultation and the rest follows the four steps above, with a nurse teaching that first dose at your own counter.

Your PT-141 supply

What a PT-141 supply period involves

This describes the shape of a supply period, not a promise of an outcome. Timing, dosing, and length are set by your provider and may differ from what is shown. Individual results vary.

Your first weeks

Getting the routine right

The first phase is about technique and consistency, not sensation. Most questions we get in this window are about timing and site rotation.

  • Dosing on the schedule your provider set
  • Rotating injection sites and logging them
  • Noting any injection site reactions
  • Nurse available by phone for technique checks
Your provider review

Provider review point

Your provider reviews adherence, tolerability, and whether continuing is appropriate. This is where therapy is adjusted, paused, or stopped.

  • Structured check in with your provider
  • Review of anything you have logged
  • Dose or schedule adjustment if indicated
  • Refill considered only if clinically appropriate
End of supply

A fresh decision before any refill

Your one month supply runs out at the end of the period. Whether there is another one is a new clinical decision, not an automatic renewal.

  • Complete the supply as directed by your provider
  • Refills quoted only after a provider review
  • Dispose of used sharps as your nurse instructed
  • New review before any further supply

Every supply starts and ends with your provider. If the shape above fits what you are looking for, the consultation is the first step, and the nurse can answer anything before you commit.

Your injection kit

Everything you need for the supply period is left in your home at the end of the visit. Nothing on this list is an upsell.

Storage and injection safety

How to store PT-141 and inject it safely at home

Your nurse walks through all of this in person and leaves it written down. This is a summary, not a substitute for the instructions on your label.

Storing your vial

Store the vial exactly as its label directs, in its labeled packaging, upright and out of direct light. Never the freezer and never the fridge door. Keep it where children and pets cannot reach it. After a power cut or a long spell out of storage, call before dosing rather than guessing, and never use a vial that is cloudy, discolored, has particles, or is past its beyond use date.

Giving yourself a dose

Wash your hands and set out a swab, a new syringe, and your written schedule. Swab the vial stopper, let it air dry, and draw exactly the amount your provider specified. Choose a site your nurse showed you, and rotate sites each dose. Pinch gently, insert at the angle you were taught, inject slowly, then apply light pressure with a clean swab without rubbing, and log the dose and the site. Stop and call if you notice spreading redness, swelling, warmth, hives, or any trouble breathing. For a medical emergency call 911.

Sharps disposal

The used syringe goes straight into the sharps container after the dose. Never recap, bend, or reuse a needle, and never put sharps in household trash or recycling. Keep the container upright and closed between uses, stop filling at the fill line, then close the lid permanently and take it to an approved Nevada collection site, or ask your nurse and we will arrange collection.

When in doubt, call before you dose. Everything above is written down for you at the visit, and the same number reaches a licensed nurse who can talk you through it.

FDA status and research

Is PT-141 FDA approved? What the research actually says

We link primary sources instead of summarizing them for you. PT-141 has something no other peptide on our menu has, an FDA approved counterpart, which means the honest answer comes in two halves. Most pages selling PT-141 give you neither.

Read this first · Regulatory

Where PT-141 actually stands with the FDA

Bremelanotide is the active ingredient in Vyleesi, a product the FDA approved for acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women. What we dispense is not that product. It is a compounded preparation, made by a licensed pharmacy for one patient on an individual prescription. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are dispensed, and no page should tell you otherwise.

  • An FDA approved bremelanotide product exists, for one diagnosed condition in a defined group
  • What we dispense is compounded on an individual prescription, and it is not that product
  • Not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness before dispensing
  • Availability can change with regulation and pharmacy sourcing
Human trials · Approved product

What has actually been studied

The bremelanotide trials are real human trials, which is unusual in this category. Kingsberg and colleagues reported two randomized phase 3 studies in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2019. Clayton and colleagues published a safety review across the full development program in the Journal of Women's Health in 2022.

Now read what those studies were. They tested the approved product, at set doses, against placebo, in premenopausal women with a diagnosed condition. They did not test a compounded vial dispensed for general use, and they are not a promise that anything will happen for you. That is why this page describes a service and a molecule rather than a result.

PT-141 FAQ

PT-141 questions we get in Las Vegas

Still not sure it is right for you?

Ask the nurse directly before you book anything. If a peptide is not appropriate for you, we would rather say so on the phone. Our all treatment questions page covers the wider menu.

725-217-4236
How long does PT-141 take to kick in?

Timing is part of the instruction your provider gives you, because it depends on the plan written for your prescription. We do not publish an onset time on this page. Ask at your consultation, and your nurse goes through the timing again in person when your supply is dispensed.

Is PT-141 better than Viagra?

They are different classes of medication that work through different pathways. Bremelanotide acts on melanocortin receptors in the nervous system, while sildenafil works on blood flow. Neither is described here as better than the other. Which one, if either, is appropriate for you is a decision for a licensed provider who has reviewed your history and your current medications.

How does PT-141 make you feel?

We do not describe how it will feel, because responses differ between people and any description here would be a claim we cannot make for you. What we can describe is the visit. A provider reviews your history first, a nurse or REMT teaches you the injection in person, and you have a number to call once the vial is yours. Discuss what to expect with your provider.

Who should not take PT-141?

That is a clinical decision, so your provider makes it rather than a web page. Tell us if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding, and disclose every medication, supplement, allergy, and current or past medical condition at your consultation, including anything cardiovascular. Your provider may decline the therapy on any of those grounds. Tested athletes should check the anti doping rules that apply to them first.

What dose of PT-141 will I be given?

Your prescribing provider sets your dose for you, writes it down, and your nurse teaches you to measure exactly that amount. We do not publish a dose chart, because a dose printed on a website is not a dose anyone has prescribed for you. Doses are reviewed at your provider check in and can be adjusted, paused, or stopped.

Is PT-141 a nasal spray or an injection?

What we dispense is a subcutaneous injection. You may have seen PT-141 sold as a nasal spray by online vendors. That is not what this program provides, and it is not something we can vouch for. Your vial is compounded for you by a licensed pharmacy and dispensed to you in person.

Does PT-141 have side effects?

Every medication can cause side effects, and PT-141 is no exception. We do not publish rates or a list here, because the ones that matter are the ones relevant to your history and your other medications. Your provider goes through them with you before anything is prescribed, and your nurse leaves a number to call if something concerns you after a dose.

What does PT-141 cost in Las Vegas?

A one month supply of PT-141 in Las Vegas is $99. That is a supply price, not a per visit fee. It covers the provider review, a vial compounded for you, and your first injection taught in person. Your provider confirms the final cost at your consultation, and refills are quoted only after a review of how the supply went.

Is PT-141 FDA approved?

Not as we dispense it. Bremelanotide is the active ingredient in an FDA approved product, Vyleesi, approved for one diagnosed condition in premenopausal women. What we dispense is a compounded preparation made for one patient on a prescription. Compounded medications are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are dispensed.

Can I buy PT-141 online instead?

You will find PT-141 sold online, often labeled for research use only. We do not sell or administer research use only products, and we would not advise self sourcing a prescription medication. What we dispense is compounded by a licensed pharmacy on a prescription written for you after a provider has reviewed your history.

Do I have to inject myself?

Yes, after the first dose. A nurse or REMT guides you through drawing up and giving that first injection, then the vial stays with you and you continue at home on the schedule your provider set. If you are not comfortable self injecting, a caregiver can be taught instead, or your provider can discuss other options.

Where in Las Vegas do you deliver PT-141?

Anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley. That includes Henderson, North Las Vegas, Paradise, Enterprise, Summerlin South, Sunrise Manor, Winchester, and Whitney, plus homes, offices, hotels, and rentals across the metro. Call 725-217-4236 to confirm coverage for your address.
